The children of the North East will be able to enjoy these revamped camps in both Northumberland and North Tyneside across the first and last weeks of the school holidays. Book online today.

Formerly launched in 2014 in Cramlington, Rocket Camps give boys and girls aged 5-16 the chance to spend their school holidays enjoying a mixture of activities, each designed to get the most out of whatever they choose, be it rugby, football or multi-sports with award-winning coaches.

As well as being a friendly fun environment for one off attendees, the camps act as an opportunity for existing players at the club to receive regular additional specialist training, or for those considering joining, a chance to get a taste of what life as a Rocket is like.

With a new and improved format, camps this summer will take place at Cramlington Sporting Club and Ponteland First School in Northumberland and at Marden Bridge Sports Centre in Whitley Bay in North Tyneside.

Camps will only be two days in length, maximising the fun each day and led by the Rockets’ most experienced coaches, including Danny ‘Bear’ Gilroy, ex-professional footballer, Greg Purvis, and Chris 'Koala' Ure, all popular faces in schools across the region.

To keep Rocket Camps as accessible as possible, the cost of a two-day camp is only £20, or £12.50 for one day, with family discounts for those with siblings. Ask our staff for more information.

Camps run for five hours from 10am-3pm each day, with a packed lunch, drink and weather appropriate clothing required. You must pre-book your place to guarantee your spot.
