Monday 15th February sees the North East’s biggest rugby league camps return, with a week of fun-filled activity planned by Rockets Community, part of Cramlington Rockets.

The Multi-Sports Camp at Cramlington Sporting Club within Cramlington Learning Village will see a variety of fun activities suitable for any 5-11 year olds make use of the extensive indoor and outdoor facilities on offer across four days.

Running alongside it, the famed two-day Elite Rugby camp will ensure all budding rugby players aged 12-16, be it league or union, have an opportunity to experience an enjoyable, high-quality training environment on the Wednesday and Thursday.

The Cramlington-based camps are only £10 a day, with those attending all four days for the Multi-Sport able to enjoy four days for the price of three.

“Rockets Camps are the best way to spend the school holidays” said Community Manager, Steven Beaty.

“The demand for places has exploded in the last couple of years as more and more kids realise how much fun they are. They are always varied so those that have been before can try something new and interesting as much as first-timers.

As a way to fill time, make new friends, develop rugby skills or see if you want to join the main club, it is perfect.”
