Cramlington’s players to join the home side in the tunnel in their match vs New Zealand.

With this year’s Four Nations set to start this weekend, a select bunch of Cramlington Rockets' players will be having a very exciting day.

Live on BBC ONE with a 2:30pm kick off, we are excited to reveal the mascots from the club will be walking out with the England team for their clash against New Zealand.

A bus full of Rockets will be making the trip to Huddersfield to cheer on the home side who are also vying for the title this year with Australia and Scotland.

With match action every week until the Final, taking place on November 20th at Anfield, it promises to be an exciting Four Nations tournament.

“We are over the moon our players to be able to give our members these kinds of experiences.” said Cramlington Rockets Chairman, Jeff Ball.

“The Rockets has always been about giving people positive life experiences and you don’t get much better than walking out with England for a Four Nations match. I am incredibly excited, as I am sure all their families are too and We will all be watching and cheering loudly come Saturday.”

Captained by Sam Burgess, England have a big opportunity to lift the trophy on home turf. New coach, Wayne Bennett has a strong squad of players with both Super League and NRL experience that will prove a tough test for all the other teams.

With England also having being announced to host the 2021 World Cup and Newcastle to host Magic Weekend 2017, it is an exciting time to be a rugby league fan.
