Rugby Extras Returns Next Wednesday

Cramlington Rockets will be running Rugby Extras for the club's U7-12s every Wednesday evening.

Running for six weeks starting on 10th January, the sessions take place from 5-6pm in the Cramlington Sporting Club Hall.

Ran by Danny Gilroy aka Coach Bear, the sessions cost only £20 for the whole six weeks. Places are limited and booking is advised. If there is space, a one-off drop in fee of £3 can be paid.

Following the suceess of Pre-pre-season in late 2017, rugby extras is the same progrmame but rebranded to reflect it offers the chance to develop extra skills ahead of teh start of the 2018 season.
