Led by coaches from the award-winning daytime Rockets Community team, including favourite, Coach Bear, these fun indoor sessions are a great way for 7-13 year olds (up for 11 year olds) to hone their rugby skills and stay active.

With expert coaching from the club's full time coaches, players can expect interesting and challenging sessions to put a smile on their face.

Taking place indoors in the big hall (far end) at Cramlington Sporting Club in the grounds of CLV, the classes will be every Wednesday 5-6pm. Book online at www.bookwhen.com/cramlingtonrockets.

The first class starts on 7th November and runs for six weeks through until 12th December.

Individual sessions are £5 but you can guarantee your place at all six classes for only £20, with a selection of other options available. Sessions can be paid in cash on the day or online.
