KEY POINTS FOR COACHES

Registration will be in the SOUTH WEST corner of the stadium (where the double doors open into the west stand) from 10:30. Coaches/team managers are responsible for registering their teams.

Managers meeting will take place UPSTAIRS in the west stand at 11am (team managers/coaches only). You will be directed here by staff and signage on the day.

Please be on time, if you are late to your game then your individual game time will be shortened to ensure NO knock on effect on other teams who are ready and prepared for their fixtures.

KEY POINTS FOR COACHES AND TO PASS ON TO ALL PARENTS

There will be NO discount on matchday for match tickets. You can take advantage of the preferable group deal discount PRIOR to the festival only. If you purchase on matchday, this will be at matchday rate.

Parents do not need to register their children with Thunder staff individually; coaches are to register teams as a whole.

Refreshments will be open in the West stand from 1030am, this will be for coffees, teas, confectionary and breakfast menu at the concession stands.

Spectators on the West pitch will be allowed pitch side (behind any fencing or ropes) but please be aware that we are fully compliant with the RFL guidelines on touchline behaviour and it is expected spectators meet this standard. Any issues will be dealt with swiftly on the day.

Please be aware that there is no storage area for tents, shelters, gazebos etc inside Kingston Park. Please make sure you have storage arranged.
