In answer to rising demand.

With numbers swelling to record levels across the club, we are looking for more volunteers to join the Rockets family.

With a range of roles available to suit different levels of commitment, our main priorities are a coach at U6s, First Aiders and Game Day Managers.

“Volunteering is incredibly rewarding and is a great way to support others” said Chairman, Jeff Ball. “As a former national club of the year, we have a lot of excellent volunteers already, who provide a fun and welcoming environment, but we do need more people to answer the rising demand for rugby league.

With rugby league a new sport to the area, many volunteers do not have experience of the sport or volunteering, which is fine, and we will support anyone new to help them find their feet.

It is a commitment and at times will require some formal training but the trade off of seeing the kids enjoy themselves is more than worth it."

If you are interested in volunteering, message Steve Beaty on rockets.community@gmail.com or call 07984630083.
