Wallace Cup: Annual Family Charity Day – All You Need To Know

Wear Red for Wallace. For all the club this Saturday 22nd September.

All of Cramlington Rockets and the local community are invited to our annual family fun day this Saturday.

Taking place on the back field of Cramlington Learning Village, there will be a bouncy castle, face painter, cake shop, sweet stall and more, there will also be a selection of matches between club squads and other North East teams and a touch rugby competition for parents. The suggested donation for players and spectators is £1 each.

Held in memory of original Rocket, Christopher Wallace who suddenly passed away in 2012 at the age of only 25, we will once again be raising money for British Heart Foundation. Our target is to beat last year’s total of £872. You can make a donation online by clicking HERE.

Timings

09:00-10:00 – Tots outside (weather permitting)
09:00-10:00 – U8s – Rockets, Catterick, Alnwick, Gateshead
09:00-10:00 – U10s – Rockets, Catterick, Alnwick, Gateshead, Peterlee
10:00-11:00 – U12s – Rockets, Whitley Bay, Gateshead
11:00-12:00 – mixed touch rugby -children and adults aged 13+

No scores will be kept on the day with flair play full encouraged!
