Led by coaches from the award-winning Rockets Community team, these fun indoor sessions are a great way to get active and develop important physical and mental skills.

With a selection of games and sports covered, rugby is a key theme too, with many Tots going on to join the club's full U7s team when they get old enough.

Individual sessions are £5 but you can guarantee your place at all six classes for only £20, with a selection of other options available.
