Led by coaches from the award-winning daytime Rockets Community team, these fun indoor sessions are a great way to get active and develop important physical and mental skills.

With a selection of games and sports covered, rugby is a key theme too, with many Tots going on to join the club's full U7s team when they get old enough.

Taking place in the same place at Cramlington Sporting Club in the grounds of CLV, the classes will be every Wednesday 5-6pm. Book online at www.bookwhen.com/cramlingtonrockets.

The first class starts on 7th November and runs for six weeks through until 12th December.

Individual sessions are £5 but you can guarantee your place at all six classes for only £20, with a selection of other options available.

The classes will take place alongside the popular Rugby Extras sessions for 7-11 year olds that are returning for the winter after being a huge success last year, which can also be booked online.
