Format is round-robin on a reduced pitch size. Team size varies depending on how many are there on there day but teams are typically 5 to 8-a-side. Different clubs typically share players to ensure everyone has the most opportunities to play.
There are no markers, no kicking, no ripping, no scrums and defenders only need to go back 5m at each play the ball. If the dummy-half is tackled without passing it is a turnover.
Food will be provided post match at the ground. All players are expected to attend post-match. Strips are provided on the day. Please bring boots. Gum shields are highly recommended.
