From Saturday 6th, ticket restrictions will be lifted meaning bookings of more than two people will be allowed. Additional tickets will be made public too.

"We have limited ticket access to ensure everyone has a chance of attending" said Chair, Jeff Ball. "The priority is that all players can be in the room. We appreciate many families want to come all together but naturally space is limited, and thus we have reduced how many tickets you can order at the moment"

Taking place at Kingston Park stadium from 6pm on Saturday 27th November, it is an opportunity for the whole club to celebrate another successful year.

All minis and junior players from the U6s to the U16s will be recognised on stage, with player awards also handed out on the night alongside the prestigious Club President's Award and the Community Award.

Tickets are free for registered players, coaches and volunteers.

Family and friends can join the night too, with adult tickets at £10 and reduced prices available for concessions or unregistered children.

Tickets includes a hot fork buffet from Newcastle Rugby's award-winning hospitality team.

All players will be recognised with a presentation on stage as we celebrate the achievements of the whole club before we find out who our award winners are this year.

Players Dress code: Smart (Shirt & Tie for all players). No jeans/trainers.
Friends & Family Dress Code: Smart/casual.

We encourage all players to wear a white shirt and a club tie if they have one. Club ties are a standard orange and black stripe. These are available on Amazon but feel free to get one where you can.

Spaces are limited so booking is essential. No physical tickets will be issued.
