Steps to complete for 19th September return.

Following a successful return of the minis and juniors at the club, we are now in a position to return to Open Age training.

Suitable for players aged 16 and over, the plan is to run a 10 week programme of activity that will allow players to get back to what they enjoy before the winter break.

Sessions will take place 12-1pm every Saturday at Cramlington Sporting Club behind the JLV (building with white roof).

Like the younger age groups, there is a thorough process to complete before all players return for their first session. Full details can be found HERE.

If any player fails to complete all these steps, they will be not be allowed to train. Walk ins are not allowed anymore to ensure we can manage the bubble and track & trace.

There are also stringent behavioural requirements during training that all attendees must follow.

By registering with the RFL, completing and returning the Player Declaration and signing up to the block of sessions, this ensures you are eligible for the RFL insurance, have given your consent to take part in what is high-risk close contact activity and support the club given the additional health and safety costs due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you wish to return…

All players must declare their interest in returning to Danny Gilroy by 6pm on Wednesday 16th September if they wish to train the following Saturday. This deadline will be in place weekly. Danny can be reached on 07852277414 or via the Cramlington Rockets Open Age private Facebook group.

If we have enough players interested, all attendees must complete the relevant paperwork by 12pm on Friday 18th September. Failure to do so will mean you are not able to train.

The intention is to quickly move fully to using the club website’s Track & Trace facility every week to determine who wishes to and does attend. More to follow.
